Food was great. However, the waitress didn't really understand us and had to wait 40 minutes. But it was warm. :)

Hello, on January 18th. 21 at 3 p.m. we ordered something that we couldn't believe we liked the quality of the food low, the food was so dry and tasty, cold and not edible, for a few months, always juicy and tasty this KFC marinite tasted, really a shame, service was almost lack of order and takes so long until an order is finished. What a pity
Yesterday evening we went back to KFC after years, and I now remember the reason for the long break - grossly overpriced for the quality offered, the Hotwings and the Coleslaw are actually good. If you prefer to order from the Chinese or Italian, it is much better and cheaper. They also forgot parts of the order with us. And we had to wait in front of and then in the restaurant for over an hour. And in the restaurant it was completely overcrowded, the intervals required in pandemic times could not be maintained, and that for the entire waiting time. Security should have paid attention to that. Pretty unprofessional.
~ 45 minutes in the drive through for 20 bucks worth of dried out and stale chicken. Unusual as well because we went to the same restaurant regularly about 4 months ago and then it was completely average.
Unfortunately it was such a big rush that after 45 minutes we didn't get any more corn on the cob or cabbage salad. The staff were completely overwhelmed after rushing with the vouchers. Pre-ordering at the terminal was already great on site, but the pick-up via announcement by the employee instead of a digital display made the whole thing even more difficult for employees and customers Punkt Here you could work even better Punkt Food was still delicious
The hot wings are good. But the service there is taciturn and comes across as unfriendly. I have no idea whether they can hardly speak, are not motivated, or just don't feel like it. In any case, you don't go there for the friendly staff, but only because you have an appetite for chicken. The waiting time is extremely long in the evening. Less than 40 minutes is not possible. Better to drive a little further and go to another KFC.
I don't know where to start Because this KFC branch tops everything bad that I have had in my life in terms of negative experiences in a restaurant or fast food store. Here are some experiences over the past few months: - Switch constantly defective - The lighting of the menu card at the counter has been defective for months (the menu cannot be recognized in the evening) - Microphone at the switch is often defective - Employees don't understand German - Employees take orders incorrectly - Employees discuss with customers - Employees swap menus or forget to pack various products - It is collected twice - Very bad hygiene (please take a look at the floor, the tables, the counter!) Today, however, we almost burst our necks. You have been standing at the drive-in for almost 40 minutes and are ultimately accused of having ordered incorrectly. Then the invoice amount was corrected and we received completely wrong menus. However, we had already noticed this on the way home. So back there, this time straight in (I'm not standing at the drive for another hour !!!). This business distances itself very badly from Corona hygiene measures. Ten employees in one place, mask below the nose. One is wearing gloves, the other is not. Our misplaced food was simply given to the next customer. Not a single employee could speak decent German to understand what went wrong with our order. Then came the "manager" dressed in red, who also didn't understand anything. Finally, they apologize to us and again gave us the wrong menu. We will report the branch to the health department tomorrow and write to the board of directors. Because at some point there is enough ...
For the first and last time. Waiting for food that I ordered through Lieferando for over two hours. I am 3 km away. But as I have to read here, picking up probably wouldn't have been faster either. Edit: After the food finally arrived, of course the Colesaw was missing and the food was completely cold. On the other hand, the cola was at least warm 😉 I.e. the supplier must actually have driven around in the trunk for two hours with the meal. Madness. Of course there was no apology or anything like that.
What a juice shop. Forgot to include the salads. Employees who do not understand German. Dan. Still ask full price. Look for competent employees who do not care. Then you try to call and you can't get through.

Drive-in only at the moment. Longer lines at lunchtime with correspondingly long waiting times. Staff was stressful, but still friendly.

I like the food in general, even though I think it's overpriced, but KFC in Eschborn (Camp-Phönix) has very bad customer service. Not only don't they answer your questions, but they are not friendly at all. For example, I recently ordered two kids boxes, which come with a toy, but mine had no toy. I asked if they could give them to me (thought maybe they forgot), but all they said is that they don't have any, turned their backs at me and carried on with their work. Not even a simple, kind apology (not that it's their fault, but just out of courtesy to the customer). Never again.
The food is almost always fresh and really tasty, the service is okay and the restaurant itself is usually clean.
Today a nice lady in front of us with good advice. Then she also helped us with this order terminal, which I am personally not a friend of. The waiting time wasn't even 5 minutes. So very satisfied today.

Unfriendly, dirty and chaotic. There is definitely no worse KFC. The whole team should be renewed. Starting with the management!
It may not have the traffic it always had, but it always offers us nice food. The kids at the service were helpful. Bravo congratulations.
Extremely disappointed. The chicken pieses and hot wings were full of oil, and also smelling really bad. I spent 20eur for a bucket which I had to put in the rubbish!!! Some people are starving and you cannot make fresh chicken pieces??? NEVER AGAIN!! There is a Burgerking close by, much better!

Incompetent, lousy service, poor quality. All prejudices are confirmed almost ideally at this branch !!! If there should be longer waiting times in spite of bad fa (s) t food ... from there !!!

A good KFC with lots of parking and seating areas both inside and outside. The chain is well attended. The menus are familiar. The cash registers are well staffed. Drinks can be refilled. The staff is friendly and tries to get your order ready as soon as possible. A drive-in is also possible. It's worth a visit!
Please close down this place. What a waste waited 48min now for a €17 order. Seriously fak u guys
They keep on using buns that are old and have been left out. Understaffed so food takes forever and the whole place is almost always dirty. This place ain't fastfood.
The card advertises with Free Refill, then I want to have it refilled and the branch manager here becomes extremely unfriendly and then ignores you. Nowhere is it indicated that you cannot or may not refill. Never here again, the store manager is just the last thing. 80% of the employees do not understand a word of German.

This is not fast food, but slow food! Would have been served faster in a restaurant... The drive through speaker has not been working for weeks now, which makes the process even slower... will not be returning anytime soon! Food is pretty good though. But also a bit pricey for fast food. Wish they finally brought some Taco Bells to Germany!!

Absolutely incompetent staff! I waited 30 minutes for my order, which was received directly via the terminal. The numbers are called out instead of using the existing technology ...

It's your common KFC. As far as I experienced, the staff was always very kind and offered good service. I recommend you to check on the KFC website for coupons prior to going here. You can save a lot of money that way. There is also an indoor kids playground and recently they added a tiny Pizza Hut booth within the KFC. Update 31st of December 2019: Upgraded from 3 to 4 stars because of the newly installed order terminals which are great. (pictures attached) Update January 2020: Downgraded from 4 to 2 stars. The kiosk ordering is now mandatory and human interaction is restricted. Staff reduced to skeleton crew and average waiting time is now more than 30 minutes. Defeats the purpose of a fast food restaurant.
